All displayed prices on our website are final prices inclusive of statutory German VAT. Delivery fees are clearly displayed on checkout page without hidden surcharges. Wekklym reserves the right to correct obvious technical price typos and cancel orders generated due to manifest pricing errors, in accordance with German civil law.

All Wekklym trademarks, brand logos, product images, text descriptions and design materials are protected under EU Copyright Law and German trademark regulations. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, and resale are strictly prohibited.

Subject to mandatory German consumer protection law, Wekklym shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, incidental losses caused by third-party carrier delays, extreme weather, or third-party payment system failures. The maximum liability for any order dispute shall not exceed the total order payment amount.

For all consumer users residing in Germany and the EEA, German civil law applies. We comply with the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform rules. Consumers may submit disputes via the official EU ODR platform out of court.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate user accounts involved in fraud, malicious chargebacks, repeated policy violations, or abusive behavior toward customer service.
