All payment transactions are processed via Shopify PCI-DSS Level 1 & GDPR certified payment gateway: Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay Third-Party Payment: PayPal (EU & German GDPR compliant) Wekklym does not store any sensitive bank or card data on our servers.

Orders delivered to Germany and EEA countries support EUR settlement. All prices include statutory German VAT per EU tax regulations. Tax deduction and refund comply with European cross-border tax rules.

Per mandatory EU consumer law, all valid refunds will be initiated within 14 calendar days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing speed of your selected payment provider. Full pre-dispatch order cancellation: 100% refund without any deduction After-sales approved returns: Refund issued after warehouse goods inspection Partial refunds for damaged/incomplete returned goods: Confirmed via official notification email after inspection

We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel suspicious fraudulent orders. Customers shall contact our support team first to resolve order issues before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Repeated unfounded disputes will result in permanent purchase restrictions on your account.
